Relax, it's the weekend

Literally, every weekend I write this but this is true do take the weekend to relax. Living, in this digital age I realize we want things fast and aren't so patient. I've been very observant these past few days to me now technology has made life so difficult. For one, second we can't put the cellphone/ smartphone to just take in the moments. From, a fitness perspective just walk, run, and sit outside I think vitamin D helps. Also, the Heath effects can be headaches, less sleep, and feeling sick from what I experienced. All, I can say is that taking these moments can lead to more joy then just staring at a screen.Go out have fun, meet people, and eat lol. The weekend brings me joy by listening to music, sitting outside, enjoying the weather, watching a movie, and letting the summer sun soak in the moments. So, how will you relax this weekend ?
